Please revise your funding history options to include self-funding. Currently, when selecting previous funding rounds, the system only displays VC and angel investor options, overlooking bootstrapped startups and those funded by founders or friends/family. An additional "Self-Funded" category would better represent our startup's actual funding history.

Please re read my previous comment. Let me try and articulate it better: Even when someone chooses "self-funding," they're still forced to select a VC or angel investor from the list before they can submit. This doesn't make sense.

To fix this, you should either:

Add "Other" or "Self-funded" options to the investor selection list, or
Make the VC/angel investor selection optional when "self-funding" is chosen

This way, self-funded founders won't be "FORCED" to pick investors they don't have. I suggest you go through the form yourself and select "own money / friends/family." and see for yourself what I'm talking about. Best
